Today’s Unique Creation: Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice

Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share with you a recipe that’s perfect for adding a little spice to your dinner routine. This Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice is a delightful mix of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that will surely tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 250g cooked jasmine rice
  • 150g fresh pineapple chunks
  • 100g cooked shrimp
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Kitchen Tools:

  • wok
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • spatula

To start, heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Toss in the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant. Add in the diced bell pepper and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Next, push everything to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the cleared space, scrambling until cooked.

Now, add in the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir everything together, allowing the flavors to meld. Toss in the sliced green onions and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

Once everything is heated through and well combined, remove the wok from the heat. Serve the Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 800g, with 4 servings. Each serving weighs around 200g and contains approximately 350 calories.

One unique tip for this recipe is to add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds right before serving for an extra burst of flavor and crunch. It’s a small touch that elevates the dish!

I hope you give this Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice a try and enjoy the explosion of flavors it brings to your table. Feel free to customize the recipe with your favorite proteins or veggies to make it your own. Happy cooking!
