Ingredients:

  • 250g sushi rice (cooked)
  • 2 nori sheets
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 mango (sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (julienned)
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Kitchen Tools:

  • bamboo sushi mat
  • sharp knife

Start by laying a nori sheet on the bamboo sushi mat. Spread half of the sushi rice evenly over the nori sheet, leaving a small border at the top. Arrange the avocado, mango, and cucumber slices in the center of the rice. Drizzle with spicy mayo and sriracha. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for a crunchy texture.
