Ingredients:

  • stale ciabatta bread (cubed) – 400g
  • blue cheese (crumbled) – 150g
  • dried cranberries – 100g
  • fresh rosemary (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • eggs – 4
  • milk – 500ml
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • oven-safe baking dish
  • knife

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed stale ciabatta bread, crumbled blue cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped fresh rosemary. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
