  • boneless chicken thighs (250g)
  • fresh ginger (15g)
  • garlic cloves (2, minced)
  • peaches (2, sliced)
  • red bell pepper (1, sliced)
  • green onions (3, chopped)
  • soy sauce (30ml)
  • honey (15ml)
  • sriracha (10ml)
  • sesame oil (15ml)
  • cornstarch (10g)
  • vegetable oil (30ml)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

To prepare this tantalizing dish, start by heating vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then toss in the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant, then add the sliced peaches, bell pepper, and green onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Pour this sauce over the stir-fried vegetables in the wok. Add the cooked chicken back to the wok and stir well to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
