As someone who has a serious sweet tooth but also values nutritious ingredients, I’m excited to share my latest creation with you: Avocado Chocolate Mousse. This creamy and indulgent dessert is perfect for satisfying cravings while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients:

  • ripe avocados (about 2)
  • cocoa powder (50g)
  • honey (50g)
  • almond milk (100ml)
  • vanilla extract (5ml)
  • chia seeds (15g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • mixing bowl
  • measuring cups
  • spatula

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocados and add them to the food processor. Add in the cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend everything together until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.

Transfer the chocolate avocado mixture into a mixing bowl and gently fold in the chia seeds. This will add a nice crunch and texture to the mousse. Once everything is well combined, divide the mousse into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.

When ready to serve, garnish the avocado chocolate mousse with some fresh berries or a sprinkle of cacao nibs for extra flavor and aesthetics. This dessert is best enjoyed chilled and can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
