  • pandan leaves (4 leaves)
  • palm sugar (150g)
  • salt (1 tsp)

Start by peeling and chopping the purple sweet potatoes into small cubes. In a pot, combine the chopped sweet potatoes with coconut milk, pandan leaves, palm sugar, and a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
