– 400g canned jackfruit, drained and shredded

– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
– 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation
