  • glutinous rice flour (200g)
  • matcha powder (20g)
  • sugar (100g)
  • milk (400ml)
  • vanilla ice cream (500g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl

  • ice cream scoop

To start, combine the glutinous rice flour, matcha powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Transfer the mixture to a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes, or until it becomes a thick, sticky dough.
