  • cod fillets

  • red bell pepper

  • fish stock
  • chopped parsley

To start, clean the mussels under cold water and remove any beards. Cut the cod fillets into bite-sized chunks and set aside. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced red onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper until softened.

Next, add the cherry tomatoes, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften. Pour in the white wine and fish stock, then bring the mixture to a simmer.
