  • boneless, skinless chicken breast (400g)
  • fresh pineapple (200g)
  • coconut milk (400ml)
  • red curry paste (2 tbsp)
  • red bell pepper (1)
  • onion (1)
  • garlic cloves (3)
  • ginger (1-inch piece)
  • fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • lime (1, juiced)
  • salt
  • black pepper
