Decadent Triple Chocolate Raspberry Tart

Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for a truly indulgent dessert that is perfect for a special occasion or when you’re just in the mood for something sweet and fancy. This Triple Chocolate Raspberry Tart is a luxurious treat that combines the rich flavors of dark, milk, and white chocolate with the tartness of fresh raspberries.

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 200g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 150g of milk chocolate
  • 100g of white chocolate
  • 150g of butter
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 150g of fresh raspberries
  • 100g of granulated sugar
  • 150g of all-purpose flour

To create this decadent dessert, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • tart pan (9 inches)
  • rolling pin

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar, then slowly add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.

Grease the tart pan and press the chocolate mixture into the bottom and up the sides. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

In a clean saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over the white chocolate in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Pour the white chocolate ganache over the cooled tart crust.

Arrange the fresh raspberries on top of the tart and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Once set, slice into pieces and serve.

This Triple Chocolate Raspberry Tart weighs approximately 900g total, serves 8, with each serving weighing around 113g. Each serving is estimated to be around 380 calories.

One unique tip for this tart is to sprinkle a little sea salt on top of the raspberries before refrigerating to enhance the flavors and add a surprising twist to each bite.

I hope you give this recipe a try and enjoy the delicious blend of chocolate and raspberries in this decadent dessert. Feel free to get creative with different toppings or chocolate combinations to make it your own. Happy baking!
