  • dragon fruit (150g)
  • szechuan peppercorns (5g)
  • kaffir lime leaves (3 leaves)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • lemongrass (1 stalk)
  • galangal (50g)
  • lemongrass-infused vodka (50ml)

Preparation

Start by cutting the purple cauliflower into florets and slicing the dragon fruit into cubes. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, szechuan peppercorns, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, allowing the flavors to infuse for about 10 minutes.
