Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos

Today, I’m excited to share a unique and flavorful recipe that’s perfect for a summer lunch or dinner – Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos. The combination of sweet mango and spicy shrimp creates a delicious and refreshing taco that will surely impress your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 300g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 6 small tortillas
  • Cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste

To start, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, sliced avocado, red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and toss gently to combine.

Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of the mango mixture onto each tortilla, followed by the cooked shrimp.
