  • jalapeno (1, diced)
  • red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
  • lime juice (1, freshly squeezed)
  • cilantro (handful, chopped)
  • cumin (1 tsp)
  • paprika (1 tsp)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • tortillas (4)
