Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that combines two of my favorite desserts into one irresistible treat: Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies. The tangy raspberries, creamy white chocolate, and rich cheesecake swirl come together perfectly in this decadent dessert that’s perfect for any special occasion or simply as a sweet indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 150g fresh raspberries
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g butter
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
