Aromatic Roasted Chickpeas with Herb Garlic Yogurt Sauce

These aromatic roasted chickpeas with herb garlic yogurt sauce are a delightful combination of crunchy textures and bold flavors that will surely impress your taste buds.

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas with olive oil, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the chickpeas are well coated.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are crispy and golden brown.
