  • harissa paste
  • maple syrup
  • coconut milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Start by peeling and chopping the purple sweet potatoes into small cubes. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sweet potatoes, cooking until they are tender.

In the meantime, peel and devein the shrimp. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, remove them from the skillet and add the shrimp, cooking until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
