  • pineapple chunks (200g)
  • bell peppers (100g)
  • onion (1)
  • garlic (3 cloves)
  • ginger (1-inch piece)
  • soy sauce (50ml)
  • sriracha sauce (10ml)
  • brown sugar (15g)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

To prepare this dish, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • wok
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • medium bowl
  • tongs
  • wooden spoon

Start by marinating the beef slices with soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a medium bowl. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
