To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 50g of sugar, and 100g of butter. Mix until the dough comes together. In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, lavender buds, 100g of sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Pour the lemon lavender filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
