Ingredients:

  • all-purpose flour (200g)
  • baking powder (10g)
  • sugar (50g)
  • salt (5g)
  • egg (1)
  • milk (250ml)
  • butter, melted (50g)
  • cinnamon (10g)
  • brown sugar (100g)
  • cream cheese (100g)
  • powdered sugar (50g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • skillet
  • spatula
  • piping bag

To start, in a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Next, in a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar to create the cinnamon filling. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour a small amount of pancake batter into the skillet and then pipe the cinnamon filling in a spiral pattern on top. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together to make the cream cheese frosting. Once the pancakes are done, drizzle the frosting on top.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 600g, and it serves 4 people. Each serving weighs around 150g, with an estimated calorie count of 300 per serving.
