  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 10g baking powder
  • 2g salt
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g melted butter
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender
  • 100g fresh blueberries

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • medium mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • grater
  • frying pan
  • spatula

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and dried lavender. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and lemon zest. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
