Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (60ml)
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • spatula
  • measuring cups

To start, scoop out the flesh of the avocados and place them in a food processor. Add in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.

Once the mixture is well combined and silky in texture, transfer it to individual serving dishes or ramekins. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set and firm up.
