The combination of fresh seafood, tangy mango, and spicy Sriracha mayo is sure to tantalize your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 200g sushi rice
  • 150g raw shrimp
  • 4 sheets of seaweed
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Once the rice is done, let it cool slightly before assembling the tacos. Cut the seaweed sheets in half, then place a small scoop of rice on each piece.
