Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that combines two unlikely ingredients to create a delicious and unique dessert – Chocolate Avocado Mousse. This creamy and decadent mousse is perfect for any occasion, whether you’re looking for a healthier dessert option or simply want to try something new.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (approx. 300g)
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • fresh raspberries, for garnish

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • measuring cups
  • spatula
  • ramekins

To make this Chocolate Avocado Mousse, start by blending the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

Once the mousse is smooth, divide it into ramekins and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set. Before serving, top each serving with fresh raspberries for a burst of freshness that pairs perfectly with the rich chocolate flavor of the mousse.

This unique dessert has a total weight of approximately 500g once cooked, making enough for 4 servings. Each serving is around 125g, with an estimated calorie count of 200 per portion.
