Ingredients:

  • blueberries (100g)
  • feta cheese (50g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • honey (1 tsp)
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • salt and pepper to taste

Start by heating a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. While the pan is heating up, whisk together the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the eggs for seasoning.
