  • 200g of dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • A pinch of sea salt

To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take each slice of bacon and twist it into a spiral shape, then place it on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.

In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Once melted, stir in the maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt for a sweet and salty flavor.

Remove the crispy bacon from the oven and let it cool slightly. Dip each bacon twist into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat it evenly. Place the chocolate-covered bacon back onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
