  • penne pasta (200g)
  • mango, diced (1 medium)
  • fresh basil leaves, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • heavy cream (1/2 cup)
  • parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To bring this dish together, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • skillet

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • spatula

Start by cooking the penne pasta according to the package instructions. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then add the diced chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
