Today, I’m sharing a unique and flavorful recipe for potato salad with a twist! This dish combines the comforting flavors of classic potato salad with a sweet and savory kick from maple-glazed bacon. It’s the perfect dish to bring to a summer barbecue or enjoy as a side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes
  • 200g bacon
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 30g Dijon mustard
  • 30g maple syrup
  • 50g green onions, chopped
