  • zucchini (300g, sliced)
  • couscous (200g)
  • pomegranate seeds (100g)
  • feta cheese (150g, crumbled)
  • olive oil (50ml)
  • fresh mint leaves (20g, chopped)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
