  • canned jackfruit
  • orange
  • walnuts
  • red chili
  • feta cheese
  • avocado
  • lime
  • bunch of fresh cilantro
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Start by cooking the quinoa according to the package instructions in a saucepan with water. While the quinoa is cooking, drain and rinse the canned jackfruit and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
