Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that was inspired by a recent trip to a bustling food market. The vibrant colors and exotic aromas sparked my creativity, leading me to create a dish that is as visually stunning as it is delicious. This recipe combines unexpected flavors and textures for a truly unique dining experience.

Ingredients

– 250g dragonfruit, cubed
– 150g jicama, julienned
– 100g lychee, peeled and deseeded
– 75g fennel, thinly sliced
– 50g toasted sesame seeds
– 1 chili pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 lime, juiced
– Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Preparation
