  • dark chocolate (100g)
  • cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • sea salt (pinch)
  • honey (1 tbsp)
  • pistachios (50g, chopped)
  • flaky sea salt (for garnish)

Kitchen Tools:

I begin by melting the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and glossy. While the chocolate is melting, I slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and carefully scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Once the chocolate is ready, I pour it over the avocados, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and a pinch of sea salt.

Next, I lightly crush the pistachios and sprinkle them over the chocolate-covered avocado halves. I finish off the dish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt for that perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.

The result is a decadent and creamy treat that combines the richness of dark chocolate with the smoothness of ripe avocados, all complemented by a hint of spice from the cayenne pepper. The crunch from the pistachios adds a delightful texture, making each bite truly satisfying.
