Ingredients:

  • 400g
  • 30g
  • 50ml
  • 30ml

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • fine mesh strainer
  • ice cream maker

To start, peel and pit the ripe peaches, then roughly chop them into chunks. Place the peach chunks, fresh basil leaves, honey, and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Next, pour the peach and basil mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any solids, ensuring a smooth sorbet texture. Discard any leftover pulp.

Transfer the strained mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
