  • 1 medium sweet potato (200g)
  • 2 cups kale leaves, chopped (100g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • mixing bowl
  • spatula

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse the sweet potato and kale under cold water. Peel the sweet potato and thinly slice it into rounds. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato slices and chopped kale.

Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt and paprika. Use your hands to toss everything together, ensuring the sweet potato and kale are evenly coated with the seasonings. Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet.
