Today, I’m excited to share a unique and savory twist on a classic breakfast favorite – bacon cheese pancakes! This recipe is perfect for a lazy weekend brunch or a cozy dinner. The combination of crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fluffy pancakes is sure to please your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bacon (150g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (120g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (125g)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (10g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
  • 1 cup milk (240ml)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter (30g), melted

Kitchen Tools:

To start, cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Once cooked, chop the bacon into small pieces and set aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together, then gradually stir in the melted butter.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and ladle in the pancake batter to form small pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
