Chocolate Banana Coconut Crunch

Today, I’m excited to share a delicious and unique dessert recipe that combines some of my favorite flavors: chocolate, banana, and coconut. This dessert is perfect for a cozy night in or a special occasion when you want to impress your guests with something a little different.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Kitchen Tools:

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until everything is well mixed. Add the coconut flakes, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl, and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is slightly firm to the touch.

Once the dessert is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. The chocolate banana coconut crunch can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
