Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for a Blackberry Lemon Mascarpone Tart that is perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions. The combination of tangy lemon, creamy mascarpone, and juicy blackberries creates a decadent dessert that is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients:

  • store-bought pie crust (200g)
  • mascarpone cheese (250g)
  • lemon juice (2 lemons)
  • powdered sugar (100g)
  • vanilla extract (5ml)
  • blackberries (150g)
  • mint leaves for garnish

  • oven

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and roll out your store-bought pie crust into your tart pan. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until it is golden brown, then set it aside to cool.
