Today, I’m excited to share my recipe for Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos. This dish is perfect for a summer barbecue or a casual weeknight dinner. The combination of juicy mango, succulent shrimp, and spicy jalapeno will surely tantalize your taste buds. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

Start by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and jalapeno, cooking until the shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Next, add the diced mango to the skillet and sauté for another 2 minutes until slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and stir in fresh cilantro and lime juice.

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable. Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of the shrimp and mango mixture onto each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado and additional cilantro, if desired.
