Ingredients:

  • 400g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, crumbled feta cheese, beaten egg, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface using a rolling pin until it’s large enough to line your baking dish. Press the pastry into the dish, making sure to cover the bottom and sides.
