  • 4 salmon fillets (approx. 600g)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
