To make this Coconut Matcha Panna Cotta, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 10g gelatin
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Be sure to have the following kitchen tools on hand:

  • saucepan
  • whisk
  • ramekins

Start by pouring the coconut milk into a saucepan over low heat. Add the gelatin and sugar, and whisk until fully dissolved. Once the mixture is smooth and well-combined, remove from heat and stir in the matcha powder and vanilla extract.
