  • mango (1, diced)
  • jalapeño (1, finely chopped)
  • soy sauce (50ml)
  • honey (30ml)
  • garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • ginger (1 tbsp, grated)
  • lime juice (1 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste
