As the summer heat peaks, I find myself craving a refreshing blend of flavors to cool down and relax. That’s why I’m excited to share my latest creation with you all: Earl Grey Lemonade. This unique twist on a classic drink combines the floral notes of Earl Grey tea with the tangy brightness of fresh lemonade, creating a truly unforgettable beverage experience.

To make this Earl Grey Lemonade, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 750 ml boiling water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 750 ml cold water

Make sure you have the following kitchen tools ready before starting:

  • saucepan
  • pitcher
  • stirring spoon
  • juicer

Begin by steeping the Earl Grey tea bags in the boiling water in a large saucepan for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Once the tea base has cooled, pour it into a pitcher and add the fresh lemon juice and cold water. Stir well to combine all the flavors. Refrigerate the Earl Grey Lemonade for at least one hour to chill before serving.
