Ingredients:

  • linguine (200g)
  • ripe mango, diced (1 large mango)
  • fresh basil leaves (1 cup, packed)
  • red chili, thinly sliced (1)
  • garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Start by cooking the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.
