Today, I’m excited to share with you my latest creation: Spicy Chocolate-Infused Risotto. This unusual combination of flavors is sure to surprise and delight your taste buds, making it the perfect dish for a cozy night in or a festive gathering with friends.

To start, gather the following ingredients:

  • Arborio rice (250g)
  • Chicken broth (1 liter)
  • Red chili (1, sliced)
  • Dark chocolate (100g, chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (50g, grated)
  • Heavy cream (100ml)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • wooden spoon
  • grater
  • knife

Start by heating the chicken broth in a saucepan until it simmers. In another saucepan, toast the Arborio rice over medium heat until it turns slightly golden. Slowly add a ladle of the hot broth to the rice, stirring continuously until the liquid is absorbed.

Continue this process, adding more broth gradually until the rice is creamy and cooked to al dente. Stir in the sliced red chili for a subtle heat, followed by the chopped dark chocolate for a rich and indulgent flavor.

Finish the risotto by stirring in the grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream, ensuring a velvety texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the spices to your preference.
