  • 150g grilled chicken, sliced
  • 100g pickled beets, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 50g harissa mayo
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

For this recipe, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • rice cooker
  • sharp knife
  • cutting board

Start by cooking the sushi rice according to the package instructions or using a rice cooker. Once the rice is cooked, spread it out on a flat surface to cool slightly. Lay out a nori sheet on a clean surface and spread half of the rice evenly over the nori, leaving a border around the edges.
