  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To prepare this dish, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • skillet
  • oven
  • blender

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. In a food processor, pulse the pistachios until coarsely ground. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then press the ground pistachios onto both sides of each chop, ensuring they are evenly coated.
