For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 50g of sugar
  • 30g of butter
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 200g of shredded mozzarella cheese

Gather your tools before getting started:

To begin, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced pineapple and sprinkle the sugar over the top. Cook the pineapple until it is caramelized and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
