  • tablespoons of soy sauce
  • tablespoons of honey
  • tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper

I start by marinating the pork chops in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, I blend the diced mango, minced jalapeño, and apple cider vinegar in a blender until smooth to create the glaze.
