  • 1/2 cup cacao powder (about 50g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (about 60ml)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (about 120ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh berries, for garnish

To make this delicious chocolate avocado mousse, start by scooping the flesh of the avocados into a blender. Add the cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.

Once the mixture is creamy and smooth, divide it into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set.
